Participate and later on lead field-related technical implementations of a Comverse leading product in both leading telecommunication operatorsfacilities in Europe and Comverse factory facilities in Israel, to achieve successful ATPs
Interacting with customers at technical levels for successful system installations and implementations
Interaction with: customers, customer support field engineers, customer support Help Desk engineers, Project managers, testers and R&D
Job Requirements
Fluent English (R/W/S) - MUST, other European languages - meaningful advantage
Ability to travel frequently for long duration of up to 3 months at a time within Europe and in addition time spent at Comverse HQ in Israel
Profound technical background, including:
- Unix/Linux
- Knowledge of Informix, Oracle databases
- Knowledge of telephony, CCS, signaling
- Familiarity with SUN and Digital Unix
- Knowledge of Networking
Proven track record in the telecom industry (at least 2 years of experience in a similar position)
Excellent in Troubleshooting
Excellent customer relationship skills and service orientation
