Requirements
- Experience managing/setting up cloud services (AWS / Azure) – SNS, SES, Database Services, EC2, ECS, Routing
- Experience in configuring and troubleshooting network protocols and technologies (VLAN, DNS, DHCP, Routing, VPN, Firewall)
- Experience in configuring and troubleshooting enterprise network devices (LAN/WLAN)
- Experience with Virtualization and Containerization (XenServer / XCP-NG, Docker, Kubernetes nice to have)
- Experience with Active Directory / LDAP
- Experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting web servers (Apache, Nginx, IIS)
- Experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL Server, MongoDB, Redis)
- Experience in configuring and troubleshooting mail solutions (Postfix, Dovecot)
- Scripting skills (Shell, Python, PowerShell, etc.)
- Experience with DevOps tools (Git, Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, etc.)
- Willingness to support Windows users (preparing workstations for new employees, and providing user support)
- Experience with physical servers
- Experience managing Office 365
- Experience with GCP – advantage
- Experience with web technologies (PHP, .NET, JavaScript) – advantage
- Experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows-based environments (servers, client environments) – advantage
Responsibilities
- Create accounts, create environments for new projects, set up cloud services according to requirements, and suggest best practices to optimize performance and cost
- Set up / Manage CI/CD Pipelines
- Prepare equipment for new employees
- Maintain company servers (updates, patches, debugging)
- Set up / Configure / Deploy client servers according to project requirements
- Hardware maintenance and troubleshooting, finding solutions in case of unexpected equipment failures (physical servers, switches, routers, and others)
- On-premise server administration
- Linux server administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Windows Workstation / Server administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting – ensuring the smooth workflow of company servers and employees as users
- Active Directory administration and maintenance.
