Requirements
- Excellent level of English
- 3+ years of experience
- Degree in Electronic Engineering Software Science, or equivalent
- Experience in Embedded Firmware development
- Good working knowledge in C programming language
- Experience with peripherals
- Experience with RTOS for Embedded Systems
- Ability to read and use hardware schematics and IC datasheets for firmware development
- Experience with Ethernet and Wi-Fi in Embedded Systems and/or with wireless mesh technologies (ZigBee, Z-Wave, Thread)
- A self-starter, motivated and able to plan, organize, prioritize and finish tasks on time
Responsibilities
- Design firmware for innovative electronic devices, controllers and systems
- Design and develop embedded firmware applications according to specification
- Solve critical and most complex technical problems
- Ensure Quality. Use industry-accepted best practices to implement designs
- Follow and improve coding standards
- Suggest ways to improve processes and quality
- Work with recent commercial wireless standards ISM, Wi-Fi, ZigBee, Z-Wave
- Follow recent cyber security trends
- Research, explore and recommend new/emerging wireless technologies for inclusion in future projects.
