Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- 3+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing dashboards in Tableau
- Proven track record of creating self-explanatory dashboards and optimizing the user experience tailored to specific audiences
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices
- Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying (e.g., creating complex joins, optimization, testing, and debugging)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with data warehousing concepts is a plus
- Tableau Desktop Specialist certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau Desktop/Creator
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable insights
- Collaborate with back-end DWH developers to understand data relations and create efficient data flows while keeping our one source of truth approach
- Clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Utilize best practices in data visualization to create clear, concise, and visually appealing dashboards
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Tableau features and functionalities
- Maintain Tableau environment including monitoring and upgrades
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing dashboards
- Building and maintaining data extracts
- May assist with the development and implementation of a data visualization style guide
