Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience with PHP/Symfony development
PHP 7, (preferably 8) OOP, Design patterns, DDD / TDD / BDD, Coding Standards - Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP
- Writing clean, fast PHP to a high standard, in a timely and scalable way
- Knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming
- Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools, and developing web services
- Strong background in working on various projects, including in the Financial Industry
- Proven experience in leading teams and acting as a tech lead
- Proficient in conducting interviews and assessing candidates of different seniority levels
- Excellent time management and people management skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Responsibilities
- Write “clean”, well-designed code
- Follow industry best practices
- Meeting productivity standards, and completing work in a timely manner
- Engage in hands-on coding while also fulfilling the technical leadership role
- Conduct daily meetings with the development team to ensure effective communication and task coordination
- Organize and assign tasks to team members, considering project priorities and individual strengths
- Conduct interviews for candidates of varying seniority levels for different projects
- Administer test assessments and proofread them to evaluate candidates’ technical skills
- Work from the office regularly
