Requirements
- Excellent communicator written and spoken English
- Based in Bulgaria
- Pre-Graduate/Diploma of Computer Science/Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Knowledge of ETL, database SQL querying and database administration
- Hands-on experience in Vertica database and data collection and aggregation
- Experienced in customer care working with CRM systems
- Hands-on experience in networking LAN/WAN products: Routers, Switches, Firewalls, NMS, etc.
- Hands-on working knowledge of TCP/IP networks, and traffic analysis
- Work experience with production IT environments
- Motivated and self-learner through hands-on experience and on the job learning
- Able to work under pressure upholding strict SLA’s
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to technologies and technical environments
- Excellent human relations, service orientated and excellent team player
- Ability to document technical information and knowledge sharing with global teams

Responsibilities
Serve as a main technical point of contact for Allot customers in Europe one of the largest telecommunication providers in the region. Provide excellent, dedicated, and proactive support service, perform deep problem investigation into system logs and behavior, provide technical guidance and solutions to the customer, problem reproduction, and lab simulations, work with higher tier support teams and travel to customer site according to need. All while maintaining direct contact with the customer off-site and on-site to ensure customer satisfaction and success and serving mainly one large customer but with opportunities to serve and travel globally.
Working in 9-hour shifts according to coverage needs mainly aimed at covering EMEA region. The position includes Weekend shifts and on-call duty as part of 24×7 global coverage.
