Requirements
- Good level of English
- 5+ years of front-end development experience, with at least 3+ years specifically focused on Magento 2
- Proficiency in front-end development technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Knockout.js
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility techniques
- Knowledge of performance optimization, including page load times, SEO, and accessibility
- Experience with front-end build tools like LESS/SASS, Grunt/Gulp, and Webpack
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Experience leading projects and mentoring junior developers
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and project management tools (e.g., JIRA)
- Experience working with AJAX, JSON, and REST APIs
- Magento 2 Front-End Certification and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies are a plus
Responsibilities
- Magento 2 Front-End Development – Deep understanding of Magento 2’s architecture, theme development, and customization
- Front-End Technologies – Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Knockout.js, and build tools like LESS/SASS, Grunt/Gulp, Webpack
- Responsive Design – Proficiency in developing responsive, cross-browser, and device-compatible front-end code
- Performance Optimization – Knowledge of optimizing front-end performance for faster load times, SEO, and accessibility
- Collaboration & Communication – Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and stakeholders
- Leadership & Mentorship – Experience leading teams, providing mentorship to junior developers, and conducting code reviews
- SEO & Accessibility – In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and accessibility standards
- Version Control & Build Automation – Proficiency in Git and experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA) and build automation
- Agile Development – Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for software development
- Problem Solving – Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and bug resolution skills
