Requirements
- Proven experience in leading sizeable web development projects as a Project Manager or Scrum Master
- Excellence in project planning, risk, and budget management
- In-depth understanding of project management methodologies with a focus on Scrum
- Experience with a management of a Scrum team is considered a strong advantage
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task across multiple projects and clients without compromising quality
- Team player with proven ability to identify and fill in communication/knowledge gaps to ensure a smooth working process and successful delivery
- Problem-solving attitude
- Solid understanding of SDLC Lifecycle
- Experience with the management of virtual teams
- Fluent written and spoken English, excellent communication and presentational skills
- Technical background is considered a strong advantage
Responsibilities
- Manage ongoing software projects of the company
- Plan and supervise all aspects of a project (overall and on a daily basis): planning, tasks completion, progress, and budget monitoring
- Maintain close communication with clients on the progress of projects
- Articulate and negotiate consensus on a final vision of the product and/or the core project goals by scoping the requirements of all stakeholders
- Take responsibility for the project’s commitment to quality
- Report back to the senior management, the client, or the funding organization via weekly or other progress reporting and by organizing and managing status meetings
- Prepare documents related to the projects: proposals, requirements specifications, project plans, meeting agendas, daily/weekly reports
