The project started with a Discovery phase to assess the platform’s features, usability, and integrations. This led to the decision to create a new version with a modern “Netflix-style” interface.

The new system supports the editorial team’s workflow, including video production, task assignments, notifications, and payment processes.
A major technical goal was to redesign the website using modern technologies with a strong focus on intuitive search and personalized access. Additionally, the solution had to support cross-platform development using a shared codebase, enabling seamless deployment on Android and iOS with mobile-specific features such as offline downloads and push notifications.
