Euromaster Import-Export Ltd., founded in 1992 in Sofia, is a leading Bulgarian wholesaler of professional and DIY tools. It offers brands like Raider, Topmaster, and Gadget and has been representing Metabo since 2016.
The company serves both local and international markets with ISO-certified facilities spanning over 16,000 m² and a presence in multiple cities and countries. Euromaster emphasizes quality, innovation, and competitive pricing while supporting partners through a B2B platform, logistics network, and over 45 retail and service centers

Project Goals
- The primary goal of the project was to build a robust B2B e-commerce platform tailored to the specific operational needs of Euromaster and its network of professional clients, including DIY shops, chains, and retail partners. The platform needed to seamlessly integrate with Euromaster’s ERP system to ensure real-time access to product data, availability, client-specific pricing, order history, and invoicing.
- Additionally, the platform was envisioned to streamline and enhance the customer experience by providing intuitive tools for product search, quick ordering, and personalized catalog views. It also aimed to support marketing and sales efforts through dynamic presentation of promotions, product campaigns, and automated notifications about new arrivals, restocks, and offers.
