This includes improving schedule organization, vehicle routing, load balancing, and simplifying revenue collection. By augmenting its development force with the Stanga1 team, Matawan aims to efficiently manage workload peaks, accelerate delivery timelines, and maintain high development velocity—all while keeping operational costs under control.
