Project Goals
The Stanga team faced challenges with their outdated legacy systems, which were not prepared to handle complex business initiatives and lacked advanced revenue recognition modules, offering only basic functionality. As the client’s business grew, the high volume of transactions highlighted the necessity for strong process automation. However, the rigid on-premises ERP system provided limited integration options and required substantial maintenance. This prompted the decision to transition from the legacy ERP to NetSuite’s SaaS platform, built on Oracle infrastructure, enabling scalable and integrative automation.

- Stanga successfully implemented seamless billing and system integrations, managing migration complexity and change through 2 quarters of parallel runs, live health dashboards, and day-1 go-live with all integrations after rigorous SB test cycles and Prod pre-live testing. Despite disorganized legacy data and tight timelines, early BI templates, UAT, dry runs, and detailed planning ensured a smooth transition, enabling users to close months efficiently via stakeholder training and clear communication.
