Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce applications
- Prior experience utilizing Salesforce
- Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions
- Strong system configuration skills, with the ability to design scalable solutions that address client business needs
- Proficiency in analytical techniques, including gathering requirements and documenting outcomes through process flows
- Demonstrated analytical abilities
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc) is preferred
- Salesforce certification(s) would be an advantage
- Personal traits: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with critical deadlines. Capability to work independently while ensuring completion of assigned tasks. Strong team player, committed to achieving team objectives.
Responsibilities
- Translate client requirements, both new and existing, into technically sound solutions
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to create reports and dashboards that meet client deliverables within product and timeline constraints
